Online quizzes are a great way to interact with your audience and gather information at the same time. Quizzes are fun, engaging, and can be used on a variety of platforms. I had the opportunity to interview Josh Haynam of TryInteract about this very subject on my podcast.
It can seem that quizzes can be hard to create in order to achieve the intended goal. So, I decided to give it a try. Not only is it easy, but you can share your quiz on your website, Facebook page, or through a link. Imagine using the link in an e-newsletter!
It’s not just about the information the person discovers about themselves. When you offer quizzes you are able to set up a funnel that helps you identify whether they are a good prospect or connection.
Remember, any information is good information since it gives you insight into the audience you are working with. Discovery is a huge part of prospecting and sales. A quiz can be a very useful addition to your discovery process. Once you’ve learned about the people who take the quiz you can tailor your offerings, your communication, and your engagement to meet their needs. It can be the start of building some great, long-term relationships.
Give it a try! Take the quiz I created – How Business Savvy Are You? to get a feel for what it’s like. Then think about whether it’s a good avenue for you to explore in your quest to connect, engage, and grow. It could just be a great addition to your cultivation process.
If you feel like giving it a whirl head on over to TryInteract. You can also try LeadQuizzes as well. Keep me posted on how it goes. I just love seeing new and unique ways to engage with the marketplace.
